Paperwork that needs an address
Bank account, residence permit, health insurance, school enrolment: nearly everything starts with proof of address. We provide the attestation d’hébergement and the lease on arrival.

The right lease for you
On a job transfer, the mobility lease applies for 1 to 10 months. For longer stays or employer-paid housing we use a civil-code lease or a lease in the company’s name.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rent from abroad without a viewing?
Yes: video tour, online application and e-signature. You collect the keys when you arrive.
Do I need a French guarantor?
Not necessarily: depending on the lease, the Visale guarantee, an employer guarantee or advance payment can replace one.
Do you speak English?
Yes, the whole team answers in English, on WhatsApp or by email.
