An atelier retreat in the heart of the 11th arrondissement

Step inside: light streams through the atelier glass roofs, casting their black grids onto the oak parquet, and the city outside disappears. We are on rue Popincourt, just a few steps from Bastille and Oberkampf, yet here reigns the silence of a Parisian courtyard planted with greenery.

This 25 m² studio has been entirely redesigned with a palette of natural materials: woven raffia, solid walnut, raw travertine, and ecru boucle. Nothing has been left to chance—every piece of furniture has been chosen, every volume optimized. A compact apartment in terms of surface area, generous in light.

🌿 The neighborhood — authentic Parisian life

Popincourt is the 11th arrondissement at its most authentic: the market of the same name, the terraces of Oberkampf, the wine cellars of rue Saint-Maur, and the restaurants of rue de Charonne. On foot: Bastille in 8 minutes, Le Marais in 15, Place de la République in 12. Cirque d'Hiver, Père-Lachaise, and Canal Saint-Martin complete the picture. Metro stations Saint-Ambroise, Richard-Lenoir, and Voltaire are just a few hundred meters away.

🛏️ The sleeping area — two comfortable double beds

A 140x200 cm double bed with a boucle headboard, set against the large raffia wall, framed by two suspended walnut bedside tables and linen reading lamps. The bedding is premium, and the linens are completely fresh for each guest.

Additionally, a true 140x200 cm sofa bed offers comfortable sleeping—not a makeshift solution, but a second full-fledged bed. The studio can thus accommodate up to 4 guests with the comfort of a hotel room.

🛋️ The living room — living under the glass roof

A sofa facing the windows, a round travertine coffee table, a jute rug, a large wall-mounted Smart TV on a suspended walnut console. On the walls, graphical relief artworks, white on white, like framed sculptures. Linen sheer curtains filter the morning light; in the evening, black ceiling spotlights envelop the room in warm light.

A fluted travertine round table and four ecru boucle armchairs with walnut frames: perfect for dining for four, working, or simply enjoying a coffee facing the courtyard.

The kitchen, open to a slate floor, is fully equipped: induction hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, sink, veined marble backsplash, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, complete dinnerware, and utensils. Everything you need for real cooking.

🚿 The bathroom — stone and brass

Anthracite grey full-body stoneware, brushed brass fixtures, a rain shower column, glass screen, solid travertine basin, and LED mirror. Acqua di Parma toiletries await you. Fluffy towels provided for each guest.
