The Konciergerie is proud to present this studio nestled under the eaves, on Rue Daguerre, in the heart of Paris's 14th arrondissement. Between Denfert-Rochereau and Montparnasse, on one of the capital's most charming shopping streets, this accommodation combines the softness of a meticulously cared-for interior, the light of its elevated position, and the art of living in a true Parisian neighborhood. Under a sloped ceiling that creates an intimate and warm volume, the studio opens onto a double-leaf window with an wrought-iron railing, offering views of stone facades and zinc rooftops. By day, light streams onto the blond oak parquet; at dusk, windows across the way light up one by one and the streetlamp casts an amber glow. Paris, like a painting.

The palette, in shades of sand, cream, and powder pink, is enhanced by a large canvas with pink and gold veins. Linen-colored curtains, braided jute rug, round coffee table with a light wood top, white wardrobe accented with an oak trim: each element has been chosen to create a soothing cocoon.

The studio accommodates 2 guests:

— A sofa bed unfolds into a true double bed, dressed in white hotel-quality linen, generous pillows, and a textured sand-colored throw. During the day, it folds back to return the living room to its full space.

A wall-mounted flat-screen television completes the living area.

A compact kitchenette gathers the essentials: two electric hotplates, a built-in microwave, a refrigerator, a sink, storage, as well as daily dishes and utensils.

Near the entrance, a charming breakfast nook (round table and two Scandinavian chairs) holds a Nespresso machine, toaster, and terracotta-toned kettle. Ideal for a first coffee before strolling among the street's stalls.

Bright and immaculate, the bathroom features a glass shower cabin with column and thermostatic mixer, a basin on a storage vanity topped with an illuminated mirrored medicine cabinet, and a toilet.
