The studio unfolds as a single fluid volume, punctuated by tall multi-pane windows that have retained their panelled interior shutters and are draped with linen curtains. Light washes over wide oak parquet flooring, revealing a sophisticated palette: ivory walls, anthracite, cognac leather, and brass accents.

An entire wall is fitted with black storage units featuring moulded doors and golden knobs. At its centre, an open niche serves as a bookshelf, displaying books and ceramics. Opposite, an anthracite grey sofa adorned with tasseled cushions, black and white nesting tables, an opaline globe brass floor lamp, a black ceramic lamp, and an abstract line drawing on a linen background create an elegantly composed living area.

The studio accommodates 2 guests:

— The sofa bed transforms into a true double bed, dressed with white linens, generous pillows, and cushions in taupe and ecru tones. During the day, it folds away, restoring full space to the living area.

A blond wood table and two black chairs form an intimate dining nook at the counter's base. A flat-screen TV and a Marshall speaker complete the living space.

Under the window, a long desk hosts an articulating black and brass lamp and a cognac leather office chair. This is a true workstation bathed in natural light, ideal for business stays.

Open to the living area, the U-shaped kitchen combines white lacquered fronts with black granite countertops and a glass backsplash. Four pendant lights illuminate its counter. It is fully equipped with a hob, built-in oven, hood, microwave, utensils, and complete dinnerware. For breakfast, you'll find a Nespresso machine, a Philips kettle, and a toaster, as well as a complimentary assortment of capsules and teas upon your arrival.
