Located on the ground floor, the studio spans 100 m² on a single level with no steps—a rare comfort in Paris, particularly convenient with luggage or for families. Push open the door to discover a vast, traversant space with white picture-rail walls and track lighting, displaying a collection of contemporary artworks. An antique cast-iron column speaks to the building's industrial history, while light wood flooring runs from one end of the space to the other.

The main living room invites conversation: two distressed leather club chairs, a deep Chesterfield sofa, a large workshop coffee table, and a bookshelf filled with art books. French doors open wide onto a lush, ivy-covered patio—a rare and precious green oasis in the heart of Paris, directly accessible from the living room.

The studio has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests:

— Bedroom 1: Double bed, separated from the living area by an elegant workshop-style glass partition and a caned screen, ensuring privacy without sacrificing light.

— Bedroom 2: Double bed, television, and generous storage, open to the gallery-living room. — Living Room: Comfortable sofa bed for two, against the studio's signature distressed steel wall.

Bed linen and towels are provided for all sleeping arrangements.

A convivial dining area seats six around a beautiful wooden table, extended by an immaculate open kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, citrus juicer, and full dinnerware. The bathroom, clad in white metro tiles, features a walk-in shower, a basin, a WC, and complimentary perfumery-grade toiletries.
